Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Please read these rules before participating in the the Square Market Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Block, Inc. ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram), TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC or any other social media company.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of submission. Void outside the U.S. and wherever prohibited by law. Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 PM EST 4/18/26 and ends when all Giveaway Awards are claimed or at 11:59:59 PM EST on 4/18/26, whichever comes first (the "Giveaway Period"). The Giveaway Period may be extended in the event that all Giveaway Awards have not been claimed during the Giveaway Period. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

  1. How To Participate: To be eligible for the Giveaway, participants must follow the following instructions:
    • - Step One: Visit www.squaremarketgiveaway.com and join the waiting room (the "Waiting Room") before being directed to the submission form page.
    • - Step Two: Once the allotted time in the waiting room has passed, as shown on the page, a submission form page (the "Submission Form") will appear and you will need to complete the Submission Form and submit. The time to be spent in the waiting room will be the same for all participants.
    • - Step Three: If you successfully submitted the Submission Form before the Giveaway Awards have all been claimed, a confirmation page will show that your submission has been received.
  2. Giveaway Awards: The first two-thousand eligible participants to complete the Submission Form (each, an "Award Recipient") will receive a Square Market Greenville's Neighborhood Favorites Box (the "Giveaway Award") containing:
    • - one (1) 1/4 lb. bag of fresh coffee beans;
    • - one (1) enamel tin co-branded espresso cup;
    • - one (1) co-branded acrylic 6-piece playing dice with a velvet carrier;
    • - one (1) cloth beeswax interior coated co-branded bread bag; and
    • - one (1) laser-engraved ice cream spoon.
    The ARV of each Giveaway Award is: $70
  3. The Award Recipients will be notified via email within 72 hours of the end of the Giveaway Period if they are confirmed as one of the first two-thousand eligible participants to receive a Giveaway Award (the "Notification"). The Notification will include a link to an Award Claim Form (the "Award Claim Form") requiring the Award Recipient to confirm their first name, last name, email address (same as the one they entered on the Submission Form) and valid mailing address. Giveaway Awards cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box address, and a valid mailing address must be provided on the Award Claim Form. Award Recipient must complete the Award Claim Form within 72 hours of Notification. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and the Sponsor reserves the right to notify the next eligible participant to complete the Submission Form as an alternate Award Recipient, or to not award such Giveaway Award(s). If a Notification or Giveaway Award is returned as undeliverable, or if Award Recipient is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, that Award Recipient will be disqualified. Giveaway Awards will be fulfilled within 4-6 weeks from the Award Recipient verification.
  4. LIMIT: One (1) submission and one (1) Giveaway Award per person or household address regardless of whether participant has more than one email address. Employees and immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, spouses and life partners of each) and members of the households of the foregoing of Sponsor or any related companies are not eligible to participate or receive a Giveaway Award. Sponsor is not responsible for any additional expenses associated with the receipt or use/misuse of this Giveaway Award. The Giveaway Award recipient is also responsible for any and all taxes associated with the Giveaway Award, including but not limited to federal, state and local. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to computer equipment related to participating in this Giveaway. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of Giveaway Awards by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's claim and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Giveaway Awards being distributed are not transferable or redeemable for cash, will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Giveaway Awards are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Award Recipients acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Giveaway and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered, except that each Giveaway Award shall be subject to its manufacturer's standard warranty (if any). Once the prize has been delivered to the recipient's provided address, the Giveaway Award is considered awarded.
